100% stand by this, been using it just over 1 week and you can completely tell from the bloating and my chub. Been suffering with bad bloating for ages nothing helped, it used to me so uncomfortable and painful at times just eating 1 meal but having this every morning has really helped and able to see the difference. 100% stand by this. Been using it just over a week now and you can already tell the difference in both my bloating and stomach fat. I’ve suffered with really bad bloating for ages and nothing seemed to help — even eating one meal could leave me feeling uncomfortable and painful at times. Protein Gut Repair (Raspberry) - this is literally a pot of magic✨️ I suffer with really complex stomach conditions which causes really severe bloating and pain. I have been prescribed so many different types of medication by my consultant and had various operations but still suffered daily. I saw Gut Repair and thought I would give it a try after seeing the reviews and after a couple of weeks I couldn't believe the relief and difference I had noticed in my symptoms both physically and visually. I'll be honest, after awhile I was starting to think, is this in my head or is it really helping but after the product became unavailable and was "out of stock " for quite awhile; and I ran out of the product, all my symptoms came flooding back!! I now make sure I don't run out of the Gut Repair as its an essential part of my morning routine. So if you are unsure about trying this item, please give it a go! It really is incredible ❤️✨️

This is my second order and feel less bloated and so much better in myself, I take it every morning before I have a cup of tea or breakfast as it’s so refreshing and a good start to the day. I do have 1 suggestion that you also make them into individual sachets so they are easier to take on holidays or if you’re going away for a few days instead of taking the full tub.

Just love the protein shakes But so disappointed that they contain sweeteners which cause me to have migraines! Are they any that doesn’t contain sweeteners that I can buy ? I found years ago I bought the Options Drink (which contain sweeteners) also brought on my migraines. Many thanks Sandra
